My favorite part of Summer is picnicing with my family. My kids are older and we only have a few Summers left so family time is important. I always have a picnic basket packed with essentials so all we have to do is add the food and we’re on our way. Thank you Bush Brothers for sponsoring this post and letting me share my favorite Summer Bean Salad with Lime Dressing.

Beach Themed Wood Signs

The upstairs kids bathroom sat void of wall art or any decorations at all for way too long. I think even if I had a lot of money I would still prefer to create my own home decor. It’s rewarding walking into a room knowing your created something in it. These Beach Themed Wood Signs were fun to incorporate into the kids bathroom, but since I can’t afford to change everything in the room I used colors that were already in the rugs and towels.

Pool Noodle Projects and Activities

School is already out in some areas and out in the next couple weeks in the rest, the pools and splash pads are open and I’m thinking of pool noodles. Not to swim with, but to make things with. I have gathered some of my favorite Pool Noodle Projects and Activities to share with you. What will you make first?
