Poor Ammon! Sick again. One of the worst ways to get woke up in the middle of the night is to sounds of your child throwing up. Ammon and I stayed home from church last Sunday. We watched movies and he ate crackers. He was feeling much better by Monday morning. Mouse Moose Michael Jacobs was sick too (that’s what he named his moose when he was 4).
The Christmas decorations started coming out. The kids love this magnetic Santa. I find him in different poses everyday.
I had a doctors appointment in South Salt Lake so I took a trip to Ikea to see if I could find any lights for the new craft room. I’m on a strict budget and I needed something that would distribute the light well. These were only $10 each and I think they’ll work really well. I’m leaving them white for now, but I might decide to paint them later.
Ammon loves scouts. It was one of his favorite things about turning 8. The Wolfs were in charge of the skit this Pack Meeting. Such cute boys!
We got our Christmas books out of storage and have been reading them everyday since. We read one in the evening, but Ammon has been reading his favorites during the day too.
I took the kids shopping to each pick out a toy for Toys For Tots. They saved money throughout the year to be able to buy toys to put in the box. I love how they’re willing to give and not worry about what they’re getting.
Hubby and I were heading out to date night when I took this picture. I love the mountains and it looked so beautiful that I had to pull out the camera.
