Sunday- Mother’s Day! I had a wonderful Mother’s Day. I hope all of you did too. And my van is still perfectly clean. What a great gift.
Monday- There’s recycling bins at the kid’s elementary school. I take our magazines, newspapers, junk mail, and other papers there about every 2 weeks.
Tuesday- I painted more of the kitchen/dining room today. I can’t wait to show you the one wall I finally finished. I’m in love.
Wednesday- I had to sew puppet bodies for Zach’s class. Of course I waited to the last day and the last minute, so I stayed up to 1 am sewing. They made paper mache heads and hands at school and will be attaching them to the bodies next week.
Thursday- I have loved my front loading GE washer up to this very day. Until it decided not to drain the water and kept shutting off by itself. The last thing I need right now is to try to figure out how to pay to get it fixed. Luckily hubby is handy. I looked some things up on the internet and told him what to try. After about an hour and some gross stinky water and junk coming out, it was fixed.
Friday- Friday the 13th! Hubby and the boys went on a Father- Sons camp. Amanda went with her friend’s family to Park City and stayed over night in a condo. Emilee and I stayed home and watched movies and ate popcorn. We had to watch at least one scary movie so we watched, When a Stranger Calls.
Saturday-Sometimes it’s 10am before I realize I haven’t made my bed for the day. On those days I have a quick way of making my bed without really making it. I pull the bottom covers up add the pillows and call it good. It takes about 20 seconds and doesn’t look too bad. It will pass for made.
