Helping a stranded motorcyclist on the freeway. This is actually my son and he called me when he ran out of gas to come save him. I’m pretty sure I told him to get gas when he left my house. And I’m pretty sure mom is always right.
Ammon, Zach and Emilee made rice krispie treats tonight. It was in our Advent Calendar bag for today.
We had a Christmas Party for Activity Days. We played Minute-to-Win-It games, had a gift exchange, and ate donuts and hot cocoa.
Ashlee at I’m Topsy Turvy had an ABBA dance party. It was so much fun, and of course she made some fantastic food.
Hubby worked from home all weekend. He was up over 40 hours straight without any sleep, staring at his computer screens. Poor guy! He was able to get 3 1/2 hours sleep last night, now he’s been up since 1 am again. Maybe tonight he can finally sleep.
We have a Ward Christmas breakfast every year. The boys were the first in line. I think they went back for 3rd’s. The Primary kids sang songs and some of the youth played the piano and other musical instruments. The 3 Wise Men visited the kids and brought gifts (candy canes).
