Ahh, I love Christmas lights. One of my family’s favorite things to do leading up to Christmas is to drive around looking at lights.
And one of our favorite walks to look at Christmas lights in through Layton Park. It was cold and crowded, but still fun.
See that dirty, foggy air? That’s why I’m having trouble breathing lately. This air is not good for my asthma. We need a storm to clean up the air (before Christmas, preferably).
Parker stayed home with me while his parents and little sister ran some errands. Zach and Ammon were spending the night at Whitney and Ty’s so it was just the two of us. Parker played Wii most of the time then we ate lunch together. He didn’t want his picture taken.
Ella, on the other hand, wanted her picture taken. She saw I had the camera out so she took out her binky and came over to me with a huge grin on her face. She even posed a few times and wanted to look at her picture right after I took it. She was pretty pleased with how it turned out.
It was so much fun getting together with a bunch of talented bloggers at Roosters. The food was great, the conversation was great, and we were the last ones to leave. I’m pretty sure they won’t want us back unless we sign something saying we’ll leave before they close next time. I forgot to take any pictures except for a picture of this awesome wall. I love this wall.
My Christmas cards are signed, sealed, and on their way to being delivered. Why is that such a relief to me every year?
We finally got out the gingerbread house and decorated it. This is the kid’s creation. They did such a great job and there was hardly any arguing. That’s a huge accomplishment.
The kids decorated the trees for their bedrooms. They love having a little tree of their own. Ammon added some ornaments he made at scouts to his tree.
