I’m sorry, I hope this post isn’t too boring, but this is so family can see the kids dressed up for Halloween. Plus Whitney had a request to see the kids in their costumes. I made this skirt for Whitney when she was in 6th grade. This year Emilee’s in 6th grade and decided to wear it.
Here Zachary is being all Alien like.
Ammon wore Adam’s old karate outfit and my green belt in Kick Boxing. Yes, I took Kick Boxing a few years ago.
Time to go trick-or-treating around the neighborhood.
This is the best weather for trick-or-treating we’ve had since moving back to Utah. I just had on a jacket and no coats on the kids.
Back at home, they’re going through the candy stash. Do your kids divide the candy up and put it into different piles?
Emilee’s favorite piles.
Zachary’s favorite pile.
Ammons’s favorite pile.
And my favorite is Nerds. I know it’s such a kids candy, but I love them. The kids know I love them too. They keep a few for themselves and then give me the rest of their little boxes. Right now, I have about 13 boxes. Mmmmmm, good!
This is what Hubby was going to wear for Halloween, but didn’t want to be arrested.
Hope you all had a safe, happy Halloween!
Great pics! And LOL at your hubby :O)
I have Nerds on my list too. Love them. =) Your kids look so cute in their costumes! The poodle skirt is super cute!
Love the kids’ costumes! Especially the poodle skirt, so cute! You made it? Wow. I don’t have a crafty bone in my body. Happy FMM to you!
What great costumes your family had! Nerds are a great Halloween candy that I completely forgot about! Good choice and Happy FMM!
How sweet of them to give up almost all their nerds lol!! Your kids costumes were really cute…loved the alien!! Happy Friend Makin Monday!!
I’m new here 🙂 Those are great costumes! My husband likes the nerds too 😉

Nerds are amazing! Have you tried the Nerd Rope!? If not you HAVE TO! It is FANTASTIC!!!
Love the costumes, especially the little alien! How cute! I have to agree, it’s hard to beat nerds!
I like Nerds too. I love that they’re sour and then sweet. My girls don’t really eat them either.
Nice to meet you!
I have an Emilee also. 🙂
I’m a little late but I wanted to say – “great costumes”. You did a fantastic job on the skirt!
Thanks so much for sharing! 🙂
