Last night was our monthly Card Club get-together. Most of us started out years ago, in the same neighborhood. A lot of us have moved now, but at least once a month we get together to make and exchange cards. It’s so fun to enjoy each others company, exchange ideas, eat and talk about anything and everything. This month’s theme was “baby cards” We could do boy or girl. Heidi (the card queen) did one of each because she’s the card queen and generous. Here’s the girl cards:

We also made washer necklaces and helped Heidi work on her cards for Super Saturday. Doug took the kids to dinner and bowling. Emilee was the high bowler, even beating her Dad. I love Card Club, but I’ll love it even more next month, because it won’t be at my house. Do you stress when you’re hosting a party or club? I’m just worried that someone’s not having fun or they don’t have what they need. Next month is Thank You cards. So instead of procrastinating this time, I’m going to start planning next week.
