This was our Summer Fun List last year. The kids thought it was really fun to have it hanging in the dining room. They would look at it and decide what they wanted to do that day.
As we did each activity we would take down the generic picture and put up a picture of our family.
Now what do I do with all the pictures? Hmmm! Make an album. I decided on a really simple album, just using white cardstock as the pages.
I cut the cardstock to album size, attached the pictures, punched the holes and that was it. I like that our Summer Fun List is now documented in pictures for the kids to look at again and again.
The front of the album was too plain for me so I covered it with some fun fabric using mod podge.
Fold in the corners first, then all the sides, securing them with mod podge.
Add ribbon to cover the seams, then mod podge a piece of fabric to the inside to finish off the album.
That’s it! Tomorrow I’ll show you our Summer Fun List for this year.
I love the clothes line photo display! Soooo simple but so great! Everyone gets to enjoy the pics before you put them in the album and then you’re ready to display some more…. how simple and super!
