1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (8 whole crackers)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
24 oz. cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can blueberry pie filling
Prepare crust by combining graham crackers, 1/2 cup sugar, melted butter and mixing well.
Press mixture evenly into greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating until well blended.
Stir in vanilla.
Spoon blueberry filling over crust.
Pour cream cheese mixture over blueberries.
Bake at 325 for 50 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool. Cut into squares and enjoy!
May I just say I love your sugar container!
That looks very delicious! I would love to eat your cheese squares.
I enjoyed meeting you at the GNO and your treat is so yummy it should be banned in-at least-12 states 😉
This looks so good. I love that you don’t have to have a special pan for this recipe. I’m having a link party Cast Party Wednesday. This recipe would be a perfect addition. Would you come over and share some of your recipes with us?
Thanks,
I hope to see you there!
Yum! It looks delicious! I need to do a little more baking I think…
