20 Amazing Thanksgiving Table Centerpieces to give you inspiration for your own holiday table.
We aren’t having Thanksgiving dinner at our house this year, but that’s not going to stop me from decorating a Thanksgiving table. We will be having 2-3 tables and I have plenty of supplies already on hand. There are some things I would like to bring indoors from nature, making the cost very minimal or free. I’ve been looking through Pinterest, blogs, and magazines for inspiration and thought I would share my favorite Thanksgiving Table Centerpieces with you. We all need some inspiration, right?!
There are so many great ideas in these following photos. I love the attention to details in some and the simplicity in others. As you can tell, I’m not a huge fan of orange but I did include a couple centerpieces with orange in them. Some of these links only go to the blog site and not the exact post, it has probably either been deleted or redirected by the site owner.
I like how this has just a touch of glitter and shine but it’s so subtle and natural looking. White pumpkins are always a favorite of mine.
More white pumpkins and more shine. Such a beautiful contrast of rough and smooth, shiny and dull, dark and light.
I like the idea of adding greenery to the pumpkin arrangement especially since we will be celebrating in a warm climate. Have your centerpiece reflect your natural surroundings wherever you live.
Natural elements brought in from the yard are always beautiful and inexpensive. Just grab the clippers and bring the outdoors in.
More white and green-blue pumpkins. Adding flowers softens the centerpiece, fills in the empty spots, and gives it balance.
I decorated with green, brown, and white one Christmas. It’s one of my favorite color combinations and looks perfect if you like a natural and easy look.
Adding fruit and greenery with the pumpkins just takes it up a notch. The tarnished silver pieces are a beautiful surprise. There’s nothing better than using what you already have in decorating for a holiday.
I don’t know if all these ideas are helping me make a decision or making it harder. As you can tell I really like the white, blue-green, and brown color scheme. Just a few pumpkins is all it took to make this table ready for Thanksgiving.
I’m definitely adding wood slices and wood pillars to our Thanksgiving centerpiece. Now I just need to find a tree or big branches that needs to be cut down.
Adding candles and using small pumpkins as candle holders are another beautiful and simple decorating idea.
Adding grape vines to the pumpkins adds a lot of texture and visual interest. You could also use branches with leaves, berries or flowers if you don’t have grapevines.

Spray painted pumpkins give the Thanksgiving table a bit of glam. Use the same color for the pinecones, berry sprays and votives to keep it cohesive and simple.
I love the idea of adding pine cones and acorns to the centerpiece and she used book pages as the table runner. How clever!
Using a pumpkin as a vase is a great idea. You can use fresh flowers and greenery or go to your local craft store and grab a variety of dried flowers and other items.
A lot of white space helps all these colors work well together. I love the option of using whatever colors you like and that it’s a simple look. It seems vintage to me.

Here’s a bit of orange. I love the idea of adding the corn too. I used to decorate with corn and haven’t for a few years but maybe I should try it again.
This is like the whole outside was brought in. I love the leaves spread out on the table and how they make a somewhat table runner..
I like all the white but would have to do some pumpkin painting for this to work for me. The flowers soften the whole centerpiece and I love the candle light glow.
If you want to get away from the usual pumpkin centerpieces, apples would be a great alternative. And they’re still very festive and delicious.
And finally, this centerpiece is full of texture, height, and contrast. Just add a ribbon for a beautiful touch.
Which is your favorite? This gives me so many ideas of how to use the things I already have and how to add a few more things from nature. I might do a couple practice centerpieces before Thanksgiving.
