Best Ever Fudge

I’ve been making this fudge for at least 25 years for my family. Ammon’s been asking me to make it since his birthday in September, so I thought it was time to finally make it. I’m sure I’ll make it at least 4 more times before Christmas and I usually make it for New Years too.

Fantasy Fudge recipe

3 cups sugar

3/4 cup margarine

2/3 cup evaporated milk

12 oz semi-sweet morsels

1 tsp vanilla

7 oz jar marshmallow cream

Optional add-ins:

1 cup chopped nuts

1 tsp mint extract

crushed peppermint candy canes

milk chocolate morsels instead of semi-sweet

Combine sugar, margarine and milk in saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate morsels until melted. Add marshmallow cream, vanilla and nuts. Beat until well blended. Pour into greased 13×9 baking pan. Cool at room temperature then cut into squares.

Enjoy! It’s sooooo good.

Ammon couldn’t resist licking the spoon. That’s my favorite part too.

Thank you for, unfortunately we don’t have some of the ingredients here, like marshmallow cream or semi-sweet morsels, are they could be replaced with any other international stuff, lol:-)
    Looks totally yammy!!!!

This with crushed up peppermints would equal a 15 pound weight gain for me! It looks amazing.
