There’s still snow on the ground but it’s time to do a little Spring decorating. Maybe it will help Spring come sooner, if not, at least I can pretend while I’m inside. All of the items are things I already had in my decorating stash.
I put these jars with little starter plants in the small front window.
I changed the shelf in the entry by adding a few plants and some rocks in the lantern.
I placed a few glass bottles with some flowers in them on the kitchen counter.
And put a single bottle with some blossom branches on the dining table.
I filled the apothecary jars with some Spring-ish things. I crave green this time of year.
I couldn’t decorate for Spring without adding a bird and I love decorating with books.
They can also add height to other objects.
I added a bowl of faux pears to the small side table (that I still need to paint). I’m thinking of painting the bowl too (maybe white).
Have you added touches of Spring to your home yet?
I love the idea of the plant starters. That looks really fresh and welcoming.
As soon as my Christmas decor comes down I put up my spring decor. After months of Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas decor I’m always ready for some greenery and freshness! 🙂

Your touches of spring look so beautiful!!! I don’t know why green apples are so freaking cute! It makes me want spring to come tomorrow! (But here in Logan we have a foot of snow!!!)
Could you tell me where you got your apothecary jars?
thanks for this inspiration! i’ve been staring at a bunch of empty jars, unsure of what to fill them with right now.
It looks beautiful. I love all the vignettes to welcome spring into your home. Your blog topper is beautiful, too.

Congrads! This was the most viewed link at last week’s Whatever Goes Wednesday party. I am linking to it this week. I can’t guarantee a picture of it because my computer is acting weird. Sorry!
Love the blossom branches and all of your other spring touches throughout your home! Very pretty!
