Because I can’t believe it’s August already. AUGUST!
I completed maybe 4 things out of 30+ on my July “to do” list.
We did have a few family crisis set backs here and there, but I’m still disappointed.
I know I’ve just been a little lazy too and I have no good excuse for that.
On the up side: I have read 5 really good books and we’ve been able to mark some activities off our Summer fun list.
Now for the tip.
We have wind issues in our yard. It’s windy almost everyday and since the pool toys are so light they end up all over the backyard. I put the toys in this plastic basket last year but it kept blowing over. That’s when I thought of using bungee cords to attach it to the deck stair rails.
The swim tubes would blow all over the yard too, so I used 2 more bungee cords to attach them to the railing. Once the area under the deck is finished I have other storage ideas, but this is working really well as a temporary solution.
