I need to get better at documenting my week. I used to be really good at it but lately it’s not been easy to remember to take pictures daily. I guess I have a new goal to work on.
Hubby’s birthday was this week. We didn’t do anything special. He took the day off of work, we hung out with the boys, visited Whitney, Ty, Maddux, Chris and went to dinner with the kids. I made him a lemon cake and Emilee frosted it. The candles represent 52!
Here’s the car packed with everything ready for Studio 5. I packed it up the night before so I wouldn’t forget anything. I was pretty nervous, but had a great time. Everyone made me feel so comfortable. Brooke made it seem just like we were talking as friends. I can’t believe I didn’t get a picture taken with Brooke and Darin. The next time (if there is one) I won’t forget. Whitney came along with me to help me carry and set up everything. She was a huge help. It was a great opportunity.
I went up to The Hive (Hollyhocks and Honeybees) on Saturday. Melissa and the others had such beautiful things for sale. I bought a chalkboard and got Emilee a dress for Easter. I’m excited for the next boutique. I’ll be saving my money so I’ll have more to spend next time.
Oh, and it was decorated so cute! It was great to see some of my sweet blogging friends there too.
Here are some of the awesome things for sale. Melissa is so talented and a sweetheart.
What a beautiful sunset after a fun date night.
I’m so happy that The Hive made it in your peeks of the week. So glad you came up, it was delightful to meet you! Thanks again. I just posted on my blog an idea I did to decorate & organize my pop bottle collection- you’ll have to take a peek & tell me what you think. Have a wonderful day 🙂
