I feel grateful to have had two Thanksgivings this year. To be able to spend Adam’s Basic Training Graduation and Thanksgiving Day with him was such a blessing. And then to have another Thanksgiving with our other kids and their families (minus one) was an added bonus. Atttending Thanksgiving dinner: Chris, Emily, Parker, Whitney, Ty, Amanda, Emilee, Zachary, Ammon, Hubby and Me. Our annual Thanksgiving movie trek was a big hit, but hubby and I were having a little trouble staying awake. We had been up since 2:00am that morning.
We just pulled things from around the house for the centerpieces. The table linens, dishes and glassware were things we already had and we just made it work. The place cards were cut from the Cricut. Whitney wrote the names on them and then we just tied them with ribbon around the utensils and napkin.
The kids table had the pilgrim hats as their place cards and bright flowers as a centerpiece.
Yummy food prepared by ME. See, I really can cook!
And what the kids did to keep themselves entertained until dinner was ready.
I hope you all had a Wonderful Thanksgiving and are still full from all the wonderful food.
I like the casual look of your Thanksgiving table and those white pumpkins are especially beautiful. Looks like a delicious meal.
