Utah Valley Parade of Homes – El Quince

We went to the Utah Valley Parade of Homes last week so be prepared for oodles and oodles of beautiful house pictures over the next few weeks. This is the first house we went to and one of my favorites. It’s in Lehi with beautiful views all around.

Sliding doors are a huge thing this year. They were in almost every home. These lead to the Study.

The Master bedroom has so much natural light with 3 skylights also. This home is really contemporary, but I’m sure you could tell that from the outside. I like all the natural wood used in this home.

More sliding doors leading to the Master bathroom. I love that tub!

I thought this was an awesome idea for a teen room, to use the headboard as a cork board. I love the windows above the bed.

This kids room was so fun, 2 slides leading to the loft area above. It is a long narrow-ish loft but still a lot of fun.  I love the hubcap light fixtures too. They used a lot of recycled materials in this house.

This is my second favorite idea in this house. What an impressive living wall! It’s over a full floor tall and so gorgeous. I would probably have to hire someone to take care of it, but it’s amazing. I love the succulents and hubby loved the bark. There’s a nice sitting area below it.

I love these light fixtures. Looks like a DIY job could easily produce these. I forgot to take pictures of the balconies. If you look just past the lights you can see the putting green on this level and there’s a sunning balcony above it.

This is the family room on the lower level. I love the signs!

I love the contrast of the white cabinets and the wood island in the kitchen. Check out the awesome tablescape too. I wanted to grab that piece of wood.

The living room is so open and airy. You can see some of the living wall if you look up to the next floor. The fireplace and TV wall is so impressive. I love the use of wood and natural elements in this home.

Just beyond the living room is my favorite space in this house. I love this reading room and how central it is to the rest of the house. You can enjoy the fireplace in the living room and the reading room. Here’s another light that would be easy to DIY.

The living room has sliding mirror doors that lead to the mudroom and garage. There’s also a hall from the kitchen that leads to the mudroom. This home is designed and built by Ezra Lee Design + Build. I love this home. He also built another home in the parade that I love just as much. I’ll show you that home tomorrow.

I hope you have a chance to visit the Parade of Homes in Utah Valley, but if not, I have plenty of pictures to share with you.

Have a Beautiful Saturday!

Oh I wish I had known it was going on. Maybe its a good thing. Its harder not to covet when you are there in person.

Ezra is a fantastic builder; very easy to work with and very likeable. If you ever build I highly recommend him! I look forward to seeing what you have to say about my home (#18).
