Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Ingredients:
chicken breasts                                         1/2 c. parmesan cheese
Ritz crackers                                              1/4 tsp. garlic salt
sour cream                                                 salt & pepper to taste

Crush Ritz crackers into crumbs (2 cups).
Stir in parmesan cheese, garlic salt, salt and pepper.

Roll chicken breasts in sour cream then place in bag and shake to coat with cracker mixture.
Place in pan and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

That’s it! A quick, easy, and yummy dinner.
I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I make this almost same recipe except I use plain fat free yogurt instead of sour cream. And I like to marinate it in the yogurt for up to 6 hours ahead of time. It makes the chicken a bit more tender. But this recipe is one of our favorites too and I always have the stuff on hand for this one! I’ll have to try it with sour cream some time!

This looks really good. The coating looks like it adds a nice crunch to the chicken.

This looks really good and so simple. How much sour cream did you need to use?
