Dry Erase Board

Welcome to day 27 of 31 Days of 15 Minute Craft Projects.

This project will take about 5 minutes. Everyone has 5 minutes, right? Not only is this Dry Erase Board easy but it’s also very useful. I love anything that looks nice and also helps me keep my family organized and connected.

DIY Dry Erase Board in only a few minutes. Use for notes, grocery lists, reminders, schedules and so on

Supplies needed:

Frame with glass
Scrapbook paper or fabric
Paper cutter or scissors
Dry erase markers
E6000 glue

Cut the paper to the size of the frame. You can change the paper or fabric as often as you like. I chose the Christmas paper because Halloween is almost here and I will soon be decorating for Christmas. This tree looks like it could also fit in with my Thanksgiving decor, so I have a couple months I can have it up without switching it out again.

Pop it in the frame and it’s ready to be written on.

I wanted the Dry Erase Board on the new/old lockers I got for the kids so I glued magnets to the back of the frame using E6000 glue. Let it fully dry for about an hour. You can also hang it on a wall or even the side of the fridge.

I will be going out of town next week so I wrote the kids schedule on the board for hubby. He’s actually pretty good about knowing the days of activities but he gets the times confused. Most of the time it will be a place to leave notes for the kids, reminders of events, or upcoming school projects. This should save on a lot of sticky notes and scratch paper in our home.

If you follow me on Instagram you probably saw these lockers a couple weeks ago. I’ve been wanting some for a long time and am so happy we have more space for the kids school things and extra curricular activity stuff. I might paint them later but for right now I’m keeping them as is.

Grab a frame and paper and get a quick message or note center made for your home.
