I didn’t get much done today. Emilee came home sick from school today. About an hour after that I started feeling sick. I’m trying to ignore it but it doesn’t seem to be working.
I bought these Skubb storage boxes from Ikea a few weeks ago and finally got around to putting them in Emilee’s dresser drawers.
Here’s her “before” drawer. A little messy don’t you think? Apparently keeping a drawer neat is not high on the priority list of a 13 year old. Until she needs to find something, that is.
Even if she doesn’t keep the storage boxes perfectly neat, at least everything will be divided so she can find what she needs easier.
Her pajama drawer was a little messy too so I added 2 storage boxes to help keep it organized.
Her tanks are in the small box and her t-shirts are in the bigger box.
I think I’ll be heading to Ikea again soon to buy some more storage boxes. I think hubby needs them in his dresser drawers now, and probably the boys too. Does anyone else get excited about organized dresser drawers as much as I do?
