I haven’t had a wreath on my front door for over a month.
How about one for Spring!
I love cupcake liners. Apparently more than I like making cupcakes.
So I thought it was about time I used some of them.
I turned the liners inside out to have the color on the outside.
Then I scrunched the centers.
I used hot glue to attach the 2 liners together and the button to the center.
I got on a roll and made a lot of these cupcake flowers.
I love all the fun color combinations.
The Dollar Store wreath was a little bland so I decided to paint it a fun color.
How about Blue Ocean Breeze by Krylon. Love, love, love this color!
To make the banner, I cut the paper 2 1/2″ x 1 1/2″.
I marked 3/4″ from the bottom and cut to the center from the edges.
So cute!
I added the letter stickers and then taped them to some “oh so cute” bakers twine.
Yeah, I only used 5 of the cupcake liner flowers.
Which means I’m going to have to make something else out of the rest.
And here’s a look from the inside, just because.
It doesn’t look like Spring outside yet, but I’m feeling it.
What a pretty project!
We should probably start/join cupcake wrappers anonymous. Just can’t get enough! Super cute way to use them…
Such a cute wreath! Love the colors! And I agree about the cupcake liners vs. the cupcake making.
I love the colors you choose for this wreath so Easter, so springy. What a eye catching & thrifty way to welcome spring and guests.
These are so cute and would look great on anyones door. Thanks for the post.
Oh my goodness how cute! I hope you’ll link up some of your great projects at my Hippity Hop Easter Project Hop!
Oh my, take a bow!
You’ve put a “spring” in my step with your creative loveliness.
Have a blessed day!
Oh, how adorable! Did you come up with that idea for the cupcake liner made flowers? So clever!! 🙂
