I wanted a family photo in our Christmas cards this year. We usually just have one taken of the kids and call it good. My friend Heidi took our pictures a few weeks ago and I’m so happy with how they turned out. (You can click on any picture for a closer look)
I love Fall! This was perfect timing for our photo shoot.
Hubby and I haven’t had our picture taken together for years.
The setting couldn’t have been more perfect for our family.
Sometimes you just have to give in and let them get it out of their system.
I couldn’t decide which picture to use for the card, so I chose 4.
Heidi took individual pictures of my kids too.
I didn’t have school pictures taken this year, so these are going in their place.
And they turned out so much better than school pictures.
What cute kids.
Hubby and I took some “engagement shots”. Cheesy, but I love them!
Whitney and Maddux came to help carry and set up props, so she was able to take some cute pictures of Maddux too.
Thanks so much, Heidi! I love how they turned out and I couldn’t be more happy with them.
Oh Leanne! How beautiful! And you’re so right, the fall was the perfect backdrop for your photoshoot 🙂 Such cute kids, and I really liked your ‘cheesy’ engagement shot!
That bridge in the one picture is SO cool! great pictures
I love these pictures! They are all wonderful, and your Christmas cards look great!
I wanted to do picture Christmas cards too this year, but I thought it might be weird since we don’t have kids yet…
You have a beautiful family. The setting was so pretty & the poses — really darn cute!

We did the samething this year…except we used the tripod and timer instead of a friend. Great pictures of such a lovely family!
Your card turned out so cute! Thanks for letting me be your photographer!
