Do you remember when I went shopping at my friend’s house? I knew instantly what I wanted to make with these 2 pieces. I already had the string of crystals.
I started by punching 16 holes around the tart pan.
Then I spray painted both pieces with Krylon Brushed Metallic Champagne Nouveau.
I bought the crystals years ago. I think they are suppose to be Christmas tree garland. I just took off the pieces I wanted to use.
And looped the wire (similar to a jump ring) through the holes I had punched. I scratched the paint a little around some of the holes, so I will be doing a little touch-up painting.
Then I turned everything over and used super glue to attach the base to the pan. I let it set for a few minutes and that was it.
Isn’t it lovely? I love the color for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Now I just need to decide what to display on it for Thanksgiving.
Which look do you like the best? Or I might go in a totally different direction.

Love how this turned out!
You know, I really don’t use my spray paint nearly enough.
I really like the way this turned out.
I think it would look great holding a pumpkin pie!
Or, cupcakes.
Or, put a clear glass plate on it with chips and dip.
Can you tell I’m hungry?
I can only think of food ideas!

You are a visionary! I have to say that I would not have been able to put this together but it works so well. I like both colors but I think the ivory is classy!
