Have you ever grown wheat grass? I’ve been wanting to for years and finally did.
I started it too late in time for Easter, but it’s still perfect for Spring.
I decided to add some fun flowers to the bucket of grass.
I wish my grass outside looked this good.
I used the Accent Essentials Cricut cartridge to cut this funky flower.
I cut 2 of each color to make the flower.
I used Elmer’s glue dots to stick the flowers together with a skewer between the 2 pieces.
I wanted to add some texture to the flowers so I wrapped some bakers twine around the flower petals.
I used a glue dot to secure it to the back.
Then just started wrapping.
I added a button to the center of the flower on the front and back.
I love the added texture!
While I was assembling it in my temporary craft room I decided it looked really good there.
So that’s its home for now. I’m thinking pretty perfect for a craft room.
