I’ve told you how much my youngest loves Legos.
He gets sets for Christmas, birthdays and whenever he has any extra money.
Which means he has a lot of instruction booklets.
I use to store them in a shallow box but it was hard for him to find the one he was looking for,
so I decided to switch them to a binder.
I googled “Lego” for some images to decorate the front and side of the binder.
He decided what order he wanted the booklets in.
We put them into categories, then slid them in the protective sleeves.
We put 2 booklets per sleeve to save on page protectors.
This is almost as popular as his Legos.
He loves looking at the booklets, deciding what creation he’s going to rebuild and what he wants to buy next.
Do you see that little bit of white in the bottom left hand corner?

I may have to try your idea out. My son has a binder full of star wars cards he likes to collect, so I am sure he’d love a Lego binder as well. Thanks for sharing.
Love this idea! My son’s booklets are just jammed in a desk and they end up getting torn with pages falling out. I’m definitely going to copy this – thanks!
We have the Legos all together in a big underbed storage box with the instructions in a giant zip loc. But maybe i should try the binder idea – he’s kind of outgrowing the Legos at the ripe old age of 13…
We just did the same thing after a friend recommended it. And ours were in an ottoman (box) before that. I wish our four year old didn’t tear them up so much. I had to do a lot of taping and stapling before putting them in the binder. If your guy keeps them in good shape, be glad!
Oh my goodness this is brilliant. Why didnt I think of that?? My sons manuals are everywhere. He loves them and wants to keep them ALL. We will making this binder this weekend for sure. Thank you!!!

Of course most of the manuals have been lost by now (probably the same black hole that eats one of each pair of socks). But it will come in handy for all the new lego sets that we will undoubtedly acquire over the years. Any chance you have the cover and side labels as a printable?

this is a GREAT idea! I love how accessible they would be in this..and still easy enough for my son to use with no problems. Wonderful! ( I feel kind of dumb I didn’t think of this one on my own though hahaha)
