Decorative Letter Balls

March 8th, 2010

I’ve been wanting more of these letter balls I bought a while ago. They cost a little more than I’m willing to pay though.

Letter Crafts

I found these ping pong balls at Target a few weeks ago for 6 for $1.

I already had these letter rub-on letters in my scrapbooking stash.

So I thought, why not give it a try.

I think they turned out pretty good. The letters are a little thinner than I wanted, but I didn’t have to spend any money on them, so I’m good.

What do you think for just .17 cents per letter ball?

Here they are in their new home.

I still have 12 ping pong balls. Maybe I’ll make some with numbers on them next time.

Great idea, Leanne! I just saw those top ones at Pier 1 ~ expensive, plus when I picked one up I thought they might break or break something if put in a jar too roughly.
