How about another chicken recipe (I cook a lot with chicken). You’ll need:

2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 1/2 cups Sour Cream
2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
2 cups cooked and cubed Chicken
6 Tortillas
1 1/2 cup shredded Cheese

Heat soup, sour cream, and seasoning in saucepan.

Stir in cooked and cubed chicken.

Tear half the tortillas in pieces and layer in a 9 x 13″ baking dish. I don’t like soggy things so I crisp my tortillas on the stove before tearing them apart.

Spoon half the chicken mixture over totillas add another layer of tortillas then the remainder of the chicken mixture. Top with cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and enjoy. Quick and easy!

This is also super good if you add a can of diced green chilis to the sauce. And it’s good with corn tortillas too. We sometimes make it and then just eat it like dip with tortilla chips….it’s yummy!

I make this with crushed Doritos on te bottom instead of the tortillas. It is EXCELLENT!

I am keeping my fingers crossed that the kidlets will eat this! Looks good and if they don’t go for it I’m definitely taking the idea on using as dip. Thanks for posting.

I make something very similar to this. The only difference is that instead of the taco seasoning I add a can of diced green chiles. It’s so yummy and everyone loves it!

Sounds yummy. Can’t wait to try. Kinda like White Chicken Enchiladas, but easier.

This also works well with Doritos as a base instead of the tortillas!

Looking forward to trying this with leftover turkey! Thanks for the tip on Doritos.

Does this freeze well?

I’ve made this recipe several times, do you by chance know the calorie content or if you could make this with lower calories? This really is a yummy dinner, but now that we are eating healthier I would still like to make this only with fewer calories involved.

Made this for the first time tonight. I cut it in half as it is just the hubs and I. It was really delicious. Thanks for sharing!
